How do I know if I’m ready for this Lab?
Two signals. One: you're doing at least $150K a year, so the business is real and proven. Two: you can feel that YOU are the bottleneck. Everything still runs through you, and more hours is the only lever you have left. If both are true, you're exactly who this room was built for.
Is this only for real estate?
No. Three of the five companies I've built and sold had nothing to do with real estate: a coaching company, a marketing agency, and an insurance agency. Real estate is just where my biggest number came from. I've hit the same ceiling in four different industries myself, then coached 4,000+ operators through it in dozens more. The room is founders from a range of industries at the same stage, which is exactly what makes it powerful.
Is this 1-on-1 coaching?
No, and that's on purpose. The Lab is a group mastermind: weekly group coaching, in-person meetups, and a cohort of operators at your stage. The room is half the value. It kills the "lonely at the top" problem in a way no 1-on-1 can. (If you want private 1-on-1 work with me, that's a separate program: Breakthrough Year.)
What if I don’t have a team yet?
Then we get to build it right the first time. The delegation roadmap starts wherever you are: your first hire, what to hand off first, and how to lead someone without micromanaging them. "No team yet" isn't a disqualifier. It's the starting line.
What if I already have some systems in place?
Good. You're ahead. But remember the premise: systems aren't the curriculum here. The owner is. Your systems get pressure-tested by me and the room, we fill the gaps, and then we work on the layer above them: the leader those systems report to.
How much time will this take each week?
The weekly group coaching call, plus 30 minutes of Mindset Mastery on Monday mornings. That's the structure. The entire premise of The Lab is breaking the ceiling WITHOUT adding hours. A program that demanded 15 hours a week from a maxed-out operator would be feeding the exact problem it claims to solve.
I’m busy. What if I fall behind?
Every call is recorded, so you never truly lose a week. But here's the more honest answer: "too busy" is the symptom we're treating. The weekly cadence and the room's accountability are designed to pull you out of the weeds. Most operators find they get more consistent inside The Lab, not less.
What makes this different from other masterminds or coaching programs?
The premise. Other programs work on your business: funnels, ads, tactics. The Lab works on the owner first, because at $150K-$500K the owner is the bottleneck. Add a coach who's built and sold five companies across four industries, weekly hot-seat coaching on your actual business, and a room sized so you're known. It's a different animal entirely.
How do the in-person meetups work?
Three times over the 12 months, the room meets in person for focused, around-the-table working sessions: deep-dive implementation, live problem-solving on real businesses, and the relationships that turn a cohort into your board of advisors. These are not conference-style events.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application, then get on a call together. It's a two-way fit conversation: we look at your business and where you're stuck; you look at whether the room is right for you. If it's a fit both ways, you get your enrollment details and your Breakthrough Strategy Call gets booked. Either way, you leave the call with clarity.
What if I’m not sure I can afford it?
Then let's be honest, because this matters: The Lab is a serious investment, and it's meant to come out of a real business, not a credit card and a prayer. If the return math genuinely doesn't pencil for you, don't join. I mean that. This room is for operators investing from a position of proof, not desperation.
What kinds of businesses are in the room?
A mix of industries. What everyone shares is the stage: real revenue in the $150K-$500K range, owner-dependent operations, and a serious run at their first seven-figure year. Different businesses, same wall, which means every perspective around the table is relevant to yours.
